The customer can select and book the desired product or service in just a few steps via the end-user app. Similarly, the customer can access the corresponding locker. All common payment methods can be conveniently used. Problems and damage can also be reported via the app. Integration into other existing apps (e.g. tenant apps, customer apps) is easy thanks to the API.
Web app for service operators
The kolula admin app is the perfect tool for operating smart locker systems. Service employees use it to check, monitor and maintain the respective stations on site and remotely. It is also being used to check the status of lockers and open their doors if necessary. Problems reported by end users can be viewed. In the event of damage, lockers can be directly blocked for further use.
Admin portal for management
The kolula admin portal combines the functionalities of the administration and booking system. With its help, managers can add and maintain stations, products and prices as well as access rights. It is also being used to manage transactions and customer data.
