- Reservation and notification: Employees select and reserve material and equipment via the web app. They receive a notification as soon as it is available or has been placed in the locker.
- Collection and return: The employee opens the relevant locker via the web app and retrieves the material or equipment. At the end of the usage period, the equipment is returned in the same way. The software registers the return and updates the material and equipment inventory.
- Secure processing: Only authorized employees can access the locker. The software can be easily integrated with standard authorization solutions.
- Administration and support: Admin App and Admin Portal enable the company to manage lockers, materials and devices efficiently. This allows them to monitor usage status and utilization, intervene quickly in the event of problems and provide support.
