How it works
- Selection of shipping option: When ordering online, the customer selects the “Click Collect” option and can then enter their preferred collection point. When ordering by phone or email, it works similarly.
- Booking of locker: The shop system books a locker that fits the size of the order at the desired location in the kolula software. When ordering by phone or e-mail, the storekeeper books the locker manually.
- Deposit of the item: The order is taken from the retailer’s warehouse or store to the pick-up station, where it is securely deposited in the reserved locker.
- Customer notification: As soon as the order is ready for pickup, the customer receives a notification and can then access the locker via web app at a flexible time and retrieve the item.
- Secure processing: The software ensures secure authentication so that only the authorized recipient has access, and the transaction data is being protected. The sender receives a notification when the item has been retrieved.
- Reporting and analysis: The software offers comprehensive reporting and analysis functions to create detailed reports and evaluate data.
